1. The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing. Renewal must be completed on or
before the contract's expiration date.

2. These offers are exclusive to direct bookings, which can be made either in advance or as walk-in
reservations, subject to room availability.
3. To avail of these exclusive promotions, guests must present a valid ID from their company,
school, or organization at the time of reservation and upon arrival.
4. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with our current promotions or discount cards. The senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the
expanded senior citizen act of 2010, whichever is higher. A person with a disability (PWD) can
also avail of this promo, whichever is higher between the discounts provided under the Republic
Act. No 9442.
